Who we are.

Breianna Hasenzahl-Reeder
Managing Partner

Breianna has over 15 years of experience in progressive nonprofit and Democratic State Party accounting, campaign finance reporting, organizational development, and fundraising support. Breianna has worked with organizations of all sizes; from organizations with only 1 full-time employee and annual budgets of $100,000 to committees with over 500 employees and $65 million dollar annual budgets. She has a deep understanding of how efficient organizational processes can increase staff capacity to execute programmatic work. While Breianna, her partner, and kiddo call Wisconsin home, she has worked with organizations across the country.

Connor Neeck
Managing Partner

Connor is an operations and HR professional who specializes in bringing clarity, efficiency, and a few good jokes to mission-driven organizations. With financial operations and compliance experience in more than 10 states covering over $100 million dollars in combined budgets, Connor has seen a little bit of everything in campaign finance and holds a deep understanding of how the whole of an organization’s mission thrives from strong operations.

Connor currently resides outside of Chicago, IL with his fiancee and three cats - Squash, Brawny, and Peach - and away from work enjoys reading and playing competitive flag football.
